Eating out can be a huge challenge for people who are attempting to eat clean. In fact, during the initial stages of our Healing Programs, we recommend our patients cook and eat at home as much as possible to avoid accidental exposure to inflammatory food triggers.
But if you’re further along on your journey and live in the Bay Area, here’s a list of restaurants that we love and highly recommend. All of them have gluten-free, dairy-free options. As always, double check with your server to make sure the dishes are clean. Bon apetit!
