

10 minute dinner: Garlic Asparagus with Pulled Chicken and Bacon Bits.
• Pressure cook chicken and whole garlic cloves in a Fissler pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
• In a pan, render fat from bits and toss in asparagus.
• Pull chicken meat from bones and toss into pan.
• Sprinkle with applecidervinegar, coconut oil, salt & pepper and remove from heat.
• Serve & Drink Cinnamon Ginger Tea.

Posted at 04:54h, 02 November@travelswithtadji We boiled fresh sliced ginger, cinnamon stick and fresh turmeric root (when we can find it). And then let it simmer in a pot all day to bring out the flavor and so it’s always available. ️

Posted at 04:56h, 02 November@travelswithtadji Anothet favorite is boiling fresh sliced ginger alone and simmering. Then serving with fresh squeezed lime and a spoon of honey. Great for colds and sore throats! (Thanks @mmmkf!)
