10 minute dinner: Garlic Asparagus with Pulled Chicken and Bacon Bits.
• Pressure cook chicken and whole garlic cloves in a Fissler pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
• In a pan, render fat from bits and toss in asparagus.
• Pull chicken meat from bones and toss into pan.
• Sprinkle with applecidervinegar, coconut oil, salt & pepper and remove from heat.
• Serve & Drink Cinnamon Ginger Tea.
