    @travelswithtadji We boiled fresh sliced ginger, cinnamon stick and fresh turmeric root (when we can find it). And then let it simmer in a pot all day to bring out the flavor and so it’s always available. ️

    @travelswithtadji Anothet favorite is boiling fresh sliced ginger alone and simmering. Then serving with fresh squeezed lime and a spoon of honey. Great for colds and sore throats! (Thanks @mmmkf!)
