“It’s here!🏽March is my birthday month, women’s history month AND now my covergirl month! Never thought I would be able to say “I’m a covergirl!” But it happened in my nerdy little holistic health world Happy International Women’s Day!
I am so honored to be featured in a 4-page spread and have the opportunity to share the amazing healing story of chiropractic for autoimmune conditions. It was a bit surreal opening my mailbox at the end of a long workday and seeing MY OWN smiling face amidst all the envelopes like a happy-stock-photo person! At that moment, I realized copies of this magazine landed in the hands and mailboxes of tons of other people, including doctors around the country, many of which are my mentors! 🏽 I truly believe chiropractic care is one of the world’s best kept secret (and love hearing people’s stories when they get in on that secret.) I didn’t discover chiropractic until my early twenties. Since then, I have rarely gone longer than a week or two without getting an adjustment. From Cincinnati to Boston to Chicago to Iran to Mexico to Colorado and all over California, I have received amazing healing bodywork by so many gifted chiropractors. And every year, I feel more vibrant and alive than the year before. Here’s to 32!”
