

My daily crave: Homemade Açaí Bowl. This one is a frozen base of Açaí berry, banana, strawberry, blueberries and coconut cream. Blended in the Vitamix and topped with fresh raspberries, bee pollen and drizzled with coconut cream. Sometimes I add chia seeds, cacao nibs, nut milk, paleo granola, shredded coconut, sliced fruit or almond butter. The possibilities are endless. The Açaí berry is a powerful antioxidant which also helps stabilize blood sugar and insulin levels. Bee pollen is a nutrient dense natural wonder packed with vitamins, amino acids and protein.
