

Set It and Forget It: Garlic Bacon Brussies. • Cut in half and peel whole cloves. Chop bacon into bits. We get ours @thelocalbutchershop. • Spread brussel sprouts and garlic on baking pan and cover with bacon bits. • Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. • Toss & Serve. My favorite winter dish. Leftovers are AMAZING for breakfast when topped with an egg (fried over easy or soft boiled). ———–
