Organic, grass fed, gluten free, dairy free, MSG free, no preservatives, artificial colors or antibiotics but no scrimping on flavor. Seriously some of the best tasting ramen I’ve ever had. And one of the deepest, richest,silkiest broths EVER. I’m in heaven. .
