    Probably not a good idea for those with severe adrenal fatigue would you say? Low cortisol so low blood sugar? I feel dead (and have the ultra low glucose readings to prove it) if I don’t have a little bit of carbs (berries beets) to give me some fuel. And does metabolic type play into who would or wouldn’t do well on a ketogenic diet? Do you do this all the time or just as needed like a cleanse? Sorry I’m full of questions always wanting to learn!

    Actually people with severe adrenal fatigue could benefit from a ketogenic diet @bodysoulwellness. But before entering ketosis basic blood sugar and cortisol issues do need to be balanced and addresses. And 20 to up to 50 grams of carbs a day is okay, just depends on your metabolism. I personally cycle in and out of ketosis just as our hunter gathers ancestors did. Hope that helps 🙂
