With all the big projects I've been up to of late- running a busy practice, prepping for my IFM talk, teaching, and working on the Modern Brain- sometimes it's easy to forget to take care of myself- and so I end up feeling tired and exhausted. So when it comes to food, I'm always looking for healthy, quick and delicious. That's why I start my jam packed days with a nutrient dense green smoothie. Chock full of healthy fats and veggies to keep my mind and body on point. What're your rituals that keep you strong and vibrant?
