KANARI IN A COAL MINE
Did you know over a decade ago I️ earned a dual degree in multimedia film and graphic design?! I️ planned, shot, directed, produced and edited this entire short film myself over one weekend (with some camera help from @drtituschiu and @dagicueppers when I was in frame!)
.
It’s a deeply personally piece. Because of the content and my story, but mostly because I haven’t made/shown any creative film work in years. So that’s always scary and vulnerable. (Lots of gentle reminders to calm the inner critic.)
.
It’s called KANARI in a Coal Mine and explores the link between chronic illness and emotional sensitivity. I️ show how different traumas are stored in the body and how I️ used bioenergetic bodywork and chiropractic adjustments to tap into my body’s innate wisdom in order to heal the body-mind-spirit.
.
The link to my film is in my profile and is free and online today only!
