My daily crave: Homemade Açaí Bowl. This one is a frozen base of Açaí berry, banana, strawberry and blueberries. Blended in the Vitamix and topped with frozen blueberries, bee pollen and drizzled with raw saffron honey. Sometimes I add cacao nibs, nut milk, paleo granola, shredded coconut, sliced fruit or almond butter. The possibilities are endless.
