
Ladyboss Thursdays with @drsarachong are serious Business, Blogging and Baking. We talk, we write, we read, we make and then we take a break and bake! Here’s my favorite dessert of hers:
Glazed Tangerine Cake
(Gluten-free/Dairy-free)
Cake:
•3 Tangerines
•5 Eggs
•1 Cup Almond/Cashew Flour
•1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
•1/4 Cup Mochi/Rice Flour
•3/4 Cup Maple Syrup
•1 Tsp Vanilla
•1 Tsp Baking Soda
Glaze:
•1/2 Cup Coconut Butter/Manna
•1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
•1 Tangerine with Peel
•1 Tsp Vanilla
•1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
Blend, pour, bake at 350°.
Melt, mix, gaze.
Eat and smile.
(Every time I type “ladyboss” my phone autocorrects to “lady odd” !)
