
I’m working a lot lately and this is what I see staring at me all day.

In addition to seeing patients, I have a few big, secret projects coming up.

🤝One is a huge health collaboration.
🏽♀️One is for introverts and empathy.
One of is all about dogs.

Participating in these fun, creative projects actually requires a lot of sitting and computer work. So to combat it, I try to take 7-min HIIT breaks, leisurely strolls in the sun with Koba and puppy cuddle naps. Plus as much “paperwork” as possible in the infrared sauna!
