🌮INSTANT TACOS🌮
I made this Gluten/Dairy-free, 100% Organic and non-GMO taco buffet feast in LESS THAN 2 HOURS thanks to my Instant Pot. Apparently, these were the best tacos @drtituschiu ever had
.
🌮Shredded Chuck Beef from @thelocalbutchershop — Browned then cooked for 70 min on “Meat” mode in the Instant Pot with 2 cups of bone broth and homemade taco seasoning. Then shredded with two forks while the broth reduced on “Sauté” mode to a thick sauce
🌮Homemade Taco Spice: Smoked Paprika, Chili Powder, Cayenne, Oregano, Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Sea Salt, Cracked Pepper
🌮Homemade Guacomole: Avocados, Fresh Jalapeños, Cilantro, Fresh Garlic, Lime, Shallots, Sea Salt, Cracked Pepper
🌮 Homemade Sour Cream: Coconut Cream, Lemon, ACV, Sea Salt
🌮 Fixings:
• Homemade Jalapeño pickles sliced and soaked in ACV
• Caramelized Onions, Shallots, Garlic
• Smoked Red Peppers
• Cherry Tomatoes
• Romaine Lettuce
• Spring Onions + Red Onions
• Chopped Cilantro and Parsley
• Organic Refried Pinto Beans (+ my bone broth) from @amyskitchen
• Salsa
• Corn Tortillas
• Lime
For Paleo: Omit corn/beans and make lettuce wraps
For AIP: Also omit nightshades

@drnatashaf hmmm, I think I googled paleo homemade taco seasoning . I love cumin so probably used it. A hard give up for AIP. Maybe tumeric would be a good sub?
