Slow-cooker Paleo AIP Korean Inspired Short Ribs
•2 lbs of grass fed beef short ribs from @thelocalbutchershop
•5 tbsp of coconut aminos
•3 tbsp of sesame oil (sub AIP friendly fat of choice like lard, tallow or palm oil)
•2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
•1 tbsp of minced ginger
•3/4 tsp of fish sauce
•1/2 cup of broth from @missionheirloom (I used their chicken broth which has hints of lemongrass and lavender!)
•1/2 onion sliced
•1 Asian pear sliced
•4 cloves of crushed garlic
•sea salt
•cayenne (omit for AIP)

Toss everything into a slow cooker and simmer on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is to your liking! I put everything in after dinner time and woke up to a warm, delicious, hearty breakfast of beef!
