This beautiful soul @penelopess has been an inspiration for years. First, as designers. Then, as creative entrepreneurs. Now, as AIP healers. This lady is so full of heart, she literally eats it every morning for breakfast! ️ Our parallel lives have intersected in Boston, Cincinnati and Berkeley. Last week, while traveling through Boston, she cooked us an amazing AIP meal and, a few nights later, made a family of at my favorite cafe. Heart-warmed to reconnect with her.

Posted at 04:27h, 23 July@joy.rachelle Generally, I avoid herbs for myself and my patients. I preferred to address imbalances with bodywork, food, homeopathy and supplements. I’m not an herbalist so if it’s something you’re drawn to for healing, I would suggest finding an herbalist who specializes in autoimmunity (and please share with us if you do!)
