What do you do to feel better during a flare up?

With Hashimoto’s and autoimmunity, I can feel fantastic one day and knocked out the next. Usually triggered by long work days, life stress, funky food or travel. This week, I got hit with all 4 of these. So a quiet day at home is most welcome.

As long as I have my loving family, a warm bed, soft blankets and my go-to homeopathic remedies, I’m happy. I also fast (to give my guts a break and allow my immune system an opportunity to clean house) and get a chiropractic adjustment (to clear up any muffled noise between my brain and my body).
