The view from the top of Cobá was spectacular.🌳The dense jungle of trees became a flat tabletop with no man made structure in sight (except for the Mayan ruins of course.)
I’ve always been afraid of heights — probably from not trusting my body to take care of me, especially in dangerous situations. I think the mistrust was a result of being sick often (I had strep 9 times as a child and chickenpox twice!) I began thinking of myself as weak and broken. I’m so thankful I discovered chiropractic in my early twenties.Ever since I began receiving weekly adjustments, my immune system only gets stronger, I feel connected to my body again and I rarely get sick anymore!

Posted at 10:22h, 04 MayThank you for sharing all that. You have my mind going, in a good way! I have also always been afraid of heights, had strep more times than I can count as a child, and bronchitis many times. This passed after my early 20’s. This past year I’ve been getting adjusted almost weekly and have been sick less than any other year! I hope to meet you one day!
