Over a decade ago, when I first read Dr. Hyman’s book The Ultramind Solution, I was completely blown away by his ability to take complex ideas– neuroscience, systems biology and Functional Medicine– and explain it in such an elegant yet simple way to understand and apply to my life. .
I devoured that book and it changed my life. .
And it really helped sculpt the past 10 years of my professional life as well working with patients suffering from complex neurological disorders like traumatic brain injury, anxiety and dementia.
