I am so excited to announce the release of my first book– a culmination of my experiences on this planet as a functional neurologist, concussion survivor and human being trying to find his way through the world

For me this book not only symbolizes a dream come true , but also a powerful act and declaration A decision to live my life from a place of authenticity, feelings and courage. And to really listen to and follow my dreams, my intuition, and my heart ️ – and having faith and trust in the process no matter how scary, inconvenient or unrealistic. •
