@sanaz_loves not buying – from friends in Sonoma!
drnatashafPosted at 19:45h, 17 November
@bosqmusic What does chirimoya taste like!? You got me thinking about all kinds of delicious fruits I’ve eaten abroad and don’t know the names of!

Raspberry, fresh peaches, red grapes. All organic, of course!

It’s sweet and somewhat tropical tasting, traces of pineapple orange maybe even papaya – but the flesh is like fish textured basically! Amazing. We have all kinds of deliciousness here in Colombia !

Dates (out of the fridge), plantain (roasted with coconut oil) frozen blueberries (with almond milk and by spoon)

Hmmmm…..mango for sure! I think also pineapple, and lately I am loving blueberries.
melissabeamannpPosted at 22:13h, 17 November
Ohhh…..and I love passion fruit. But that to me is kind of like goop and seeds.

Medjool dates, pomegranates and Granny Smith apples
just_me_healingPosted at 01:13h, 19 November
Such fall fruits!! And yummy ones. Hmmm I would say peaches, cherries and raspberries!
drnatashafPosted at 02:50h, 02 January
@kajakdesigns Raspberries are definitely my favorite berry too! The taste and the texture are so fun
drnatashafPosted at 02:52h, 02 January
@penelopess mmmm I like dates chopped and sautéed with onions and turmeric (Persian saffron rice topping!) Plantains confuse me! Sometimes they’re great and other times they’re chalky! Are there different varieties or were the chalky ones just not ripe enough???
drnatashafPosted at 03:00h, 02 January
@justa_allison Nice! In Ayurvedic Medicine, you like the cooling sweet (dates) and astringent (pomes and apples) tastes!
drnatashafPosted at 03:01h, 02 January
@just_me_healing what kinda cherries?! The sour cherries or sweet ones?
penelopessPosted at 03:18h, 02 January
The chalky ones have more nonresistant starch than the sweeter ones – feed those gut bugs!!!!
