My AIP Costco Staples:
Celery (for green smoothies and snacks)
Broccolette (sautéed for any meal)
Brussels sprouts (baked with bacon)
Guacamole (mini packs for the road and sides for every meal)
Blueberries (salad topper, smoothies, snacks)
Strawberries (dipped in coconut whipped cream or with a square of reintro dark chocolate)
Raspberries (by the handful)
Bananas (snacks with coconut or almond butter reintro and any extra fruit/berries can be frozen for future smoothies)
Coconut Oil (on everything, food, skin, hair, teeth, by the spoonful)
Prosciutto (protein for quick meals, salad topper, on the go food)
Ground organic turkey (for batch frozen breakfast sausages patties)
Organic chicken thighs (pressure cooked or sautéed for any meal)
Pastured eggs ( for occasional breakfast, AIP baked goods, raw smoothie addition)
All of this was about $100 and will last me well into the week for many meals.
Sometimes I find romaine lettuce, spaghetti squash, garlic, clean chicken sausage, sweet potato chips and other goodies. California Costcos have great produce, organic and gluten-free selections!

Posted at 21:20h, 20 July@enjoyingthisjourney I was so pleased when the pastured eggs arrived! It’s not always available (I think they sell out quickly) but when they are, the yolks are superbly orange and delicious!

Posted at 23:01h, 20 JulyI so need to get a Costco card! Actually I’m pretty sure my parents would hate me hogging the fridge with all my finds

Posted at 18:48h, 27 July@drnatashaf what is reintro mean please?
drnatashaf
Posted at 18:56h, 27 JulyHi @kiwisue! Reintro refers to a food that is not “allowed” on the AIP elimination diet but was reintroduced without any adverse reactions after a long period of strict healing AIP diet.
